Guarantee: There is no refund on the custom wig systems
that We sell since they are 100% custom made to your specifications. Your
hair style, color and size is unique to only you and will not be easily
interchangeable with anyone else. Therefore, this is a custom made order for
you and I will not offer a refund.
Exceptions: If there is any defect in the workmanship or material, I would
be happy to remake the system at my expense. I inspect it upon completion
and verify the construction in accordance with the custom order.
Delivery: Once you pay for the system, The custom order
form will be sent to for proccessing according to your specifications. The
Custom unit takes between 4-6 weeks to make and ship out, as they are
handmade with the best craftmanship on the market.
