Shipping Method:
We ship all United Kingdom via Royal mail Special Delivery or DHL.
Shipping Cost:
For Wig Orders - Shipping is £ 12.99 for 1st Class Recorded and £ 14.95 for Express Next day Delivery within the United Kingdom.
For Accessories - Shipping starts from £ 3.55 for UK 1st class Recorded Delivery or from £ 6.25 for next day express delivery for orders under £ 200. For orders over £ 200 shipping starts from £ 12.99 (depending on the weight of order). Delivery From Monday - Friday
We also have Special Saturday delivery rates for customers who might otherwise not be available to collect their orders during business days (mon -fri).
Shipping and Delivery Time Frame:
We provide premium quality units, therefore this time frame is needed to ensure high quality.
For Premium Custom Wigs - it takes approximately 4 - 8 weeks. Each wig is custom made to your measurements and specifications, with each individual strand of hair being hand tied and double knotted to ensure the highest quality.
For Stock Wigs that are available - We ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it can take 1-5 business days for your package to be delivered via Royal mail or DHL.
Wig Accessories - If you only order wig accessories - they will ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it can take 1-5 business days for your package to be delivered via Royal mail or DHL.
Shipping Tool:
A Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number will be emailed to you once shipped.
If you do not have a credit card, we also accept Money Order. Please contact us first for instructions on payment via money order.
Signature Confirmation of Delivery: Will be required on all orders ABOVE £ 200
SHIPPING INFO: All wigs will be shipped to the billing address to avoid fraudulent orders, which we do prosecute. Especially for 1st time customers.
BILLING: If you paid in full, we will bill your card when your wig is due to be made or shipped unless a payment plan was noted. Payment plans on custom lace wig orders will be billed 50% before custom wig arrives, and the remaining 50% billed when custom lace wig is shipped.
RESTOCKING FEES: If a product is returned under unusual circumstances a 25% restocking fee will be charged and shipping charges will not be refunded.
