All postage and handling charges are non refundable. Please ensure you check your order carefully prior to payment, as changes cannot be made once submitted read the following Terms and conditions of use carefully. Fabulousfrontlacewigs.com, do not loan or give credit on any of our lace wigs or hair products. Customer, agree to have read and to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
Secure Online payments - we do not store any of your credit card details and have no access to your credit card information at any time.
Delivery times for in stock items are detailed
Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery of custom-made lace wigs, as all Fabulousfrontlacewigs.com lace wigs are handmade in with Skilled Craftsmanship manual labour, using premium quality hair. We will not be held responsible for any delays in production, as these are outside our control. We do reserve the right to cancel your order within this period and issue a refund. Should this happen with your order we will contact you and inform you of the reason for refund.
IReturn and Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our products, it must be returned, AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE, within 7 calendar days of receiving the
item. Special Delivery (for wigs) or recorded delivery (for accessories) must be used for returns. All Lace Wig Returns will be issued by either an exchange towards another lace wig, or store credit that has no expiry date. If you wish to exchange, we will require an additional postage fee to send the replacement item to you MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CUT! If returning The item must be in its original packaging, untampered or altered with ( Worn, washed, Brushed or combed) and UNUSED, in the same condition that it was sent to you.
NO application of glue or tape has been applied to the wig any glue or tape residue will be rejected.
It is within the first 7 days of receiving your lace wig. The excess lace in the front of the wig has not been removed or cut in any way, shape, or form. The
PROCESS FOR RETURN : All wig returns must include a completed copy of our Return Order Form. We will NOT process any package without the Return Order Form! We will issue a refund as store credit for item cost ONLY when a return authorisation has been requested within Seven (7) days of your receipt of merchandise. Once your request has been approved we will e-mail you with a credit note code issued as store credit that you may use towards any item(s) available in our store. All Returns will be issued by either an exchange towards another lace front wig, or store credit that has no expiry date.
Postage will not be refunded. Please allow 7 working days to process the refund upon receipt of the item.
CUSTOM UNITS: If a Custom wig is defective by any means please send back immediately. We will analyse the custom order form which you submitted to our company to make the wig and if it DOES NOT to match the criteria on the custom order form provided by our manufacture, we will re-make the unit for FREE.
If all criteria matches the custom order form and manufactures order form, YOU will be held responsible for a 40% restocking fee to either re-make the unit. There are no Exceptions. The requirements for all custom wig exchanges listed above must meet all return policy criteria.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations for In Stock, Celebrity and Custom wig orders will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. There are no EXCEPTIONS.
SYNTHETIC LACE FRONT WIGS
There are no exchange on these products due to the nature of the products. Sales is Final.
LACE WIG ACCESSORIES:
There are no exchange or refund on these products due to the nature of the products. Sales is Final.
All other returns/exchanges must be approved and agreed upon by phone (+448452990709), or by email to orders@fabulousfrontlacecom, before packages are accepted or will otherwise be denied at the owners expense.
On custom lace wig units, we will reorder if the unit is not to your specifications. However, we will only remake the unit once.
Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and must be returned in the
original condition. Product must be in the original packaging with all netting and tags in place. We will not accept merchandise that has been altered / worn (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.
The item must be in its original packaging with and UNUSED, in the same condition IMPORTANT: THE adhesive, solvent or similar, the product will be refused.
Sale or Clearance Items ( items in the "Clearance" section) are final. Sale items cannot be returned, nor exchanged. Their condition is always described and depicted accurately, and are sold as seen.
